Project Management
SubCom’s Project Management team manages the implementation of
the system by overseeing the design, manufacturing, installation, and testing.
A structured approach is used to manage the implementation to ensure the successful
and on-time delivery of a structured submarine cable system that meets and exceeds
customer requirements.
SubCom has a team of experienced, knowledgeable, and certified
project managers who lead a cross-functional project team throughout all the
implementation and delivery phases of the project. The project manager is ultimately
responsible for ensuring that the objectives of the project are achieved. This is done
through using various project management tools such as:
- Risk management
- Plans of work
- Regular customer reporting
- Change management
SubCom’s project management process is consistent with our
Corporate Quality Plan and incorporates a cooperative implementation relationship
with the customer.
